Excellent and very balanced — standout bright, juicy citrus acidity (orange, bergamot). Light-to-medium body, delicate floral aroma (jasmine, white tea), clean lingering iced-tea finish. Approx 4/5.

Roaster description
A rare and refined Ethiopian coffee from Tamiru Tadesse and his wife Messi in their home village of Alo, in Bensa. Washed and finished with an extended, multi-stage drying process that highlights exceptional clarity, florals, and precision. In 2021, Tamiru’s first Cup of Excellence submission won Ethiopia’s top honour.
