Overall very average. Same bitter type taste to the finish as other Hayati coffees — unclear what they are doing in the processing/roasting to cause it. Average acidity, limited body.

From soil, to sip, to soul. Filter blend of 70% Malabar & 30% Gayo, honey mosto and washed processing (mixed). Roasted in Yogyakarta.
