My tasting notes

Quite disappointing. Tasted somewhat burnt – like an expresso roast. Lacked flavour, acidity etc. Not terrible but definitely won’t buy again.

Roaster notes

Notes of juicy citrus, ripe red apples and grape juice.

Roaster description

The farmers of the El Diablo community rely entirely on coffee production as their primary source of income. Through their specialty coffee processing and environmentally conscious practices, they produce some of the finest coffee Nicaragua has to offer.
