Roaster description

This is the first time we have gotten green beans Yellow Caturra. Yellow Caturra is a rare coffee, we only get coffee beans from Bajawa. Regular coffee is red when ripe, Yellow Caturra is yellow. There are not many coffee trees, only 700 trees. It grows well in Beiwali village, Ngada Bajawa. People there call this coffee Colombian coffee. We got the first yellow Caturra at the end of August, only 5kg. We roasted it on Saturday, August 29, 2015.
