Mapped & Described

Lembah Gumanti, West Sumatra, Indonesia

My tasting notes

Smells of brown sugar and slightly floral. Taste a little bitter / muddy for me with low acidity

Roaster notes

We smell grilled pineapple, milk, caramel and low acid with a clean and smooth final sip.

Roaster description

Lembah Gumanti holds many stories, one of which is about how they have become better from year to year. Cold weather and fog can come at any time, that’s the picture of this village. Very cold, that’s why this village is called Aie Dingin. High rainfall makes the drying process slow in Aie Dingin Village, Lembah Gumanti.
