My tasting notes

Decent acidity. A tiny bit bitter towards the end. I don’t get the sweetness the manufacturer notes. No unpleasant but limited flavour.

Very sweet aromatic smooth anaerobic process natural from our long term partnership with pak triyono. Producer at kerinci from kerinci barokah cooperative. Mix variety.
